Parma is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Parma follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Iβm paying for one of the highest services. My download speed is only 24 mbps. They told me I needed to pay $30 more per month to get even faster speeds. Even though the plan Iβm on should be at the highest upload and download speed. Would give a zero star if possible.

My wife went here to return our modem/router after cancelling services due to intermittent connectivity issues and AT&T offering a better price for Fiber Optics. They were rude and told her to let AT&T know that they can "eat rocks" this is very unprofessional and unbecoming. Needless to say we do not plan on being Cox customers again.

I have been a loyal Cox customer for many years. A months ago I lost and replaced the credit card that I used to auto pay Cox. I did not know that this card was attached to the auto payment and unexpectedly received a $25 returned payment fee. I asked if they would waive the fee prior to me giving them my new credit card number, and they would not waive the $25 fee. I am now with AT&T, and hopefully their customer service is a little more forgiving. Not to mention, I had a good deal with Cox at $60 a month for Internet and now itβs only $35 with AT&T. I went from 500 MB to 1000 MB and cable to fiber. Rather than complaining, I should be thanking them for charging me the $25 fee for the long-term savings Iβll be getting.

I went to exchange my cable boxes for new ones, and the employee was very attentive and helped me right away. They provided great customer service and were very friendly throughout the entire process.

I have been with cox for many years. It is absolutely the worst service provider. Do not waste your time. I payed extra to have a strong signal because everything was slow.. didnβt help. They also charge you a huge bill with only one small warning fine print of retuning your wifi box! What a nice way to say goodbye to a customer. I switched to Att fiber Iβm paying less. And itβs so fast !
